Anti-Trafficking Statement

Aylo has strict policies in place to prevent illegal content or activity, including but not limited to human trafficking, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and non-consensual content (NCC). As it relates to procured content for its Premium Paysites, Aylo’s third party content producers are equipped with and must adhere to a code of conduct and set of best practices designed to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all performers. We utilize a number of tools, technologies, verification measures, and human moderation to identify violations of the Terms of this Website. In addition to these mitigating measures we proactively take, we also provide mechanisms for users, law enforcement, members of the public, and non-governmental organizations to easily report content that may violate the Terms of this Website.

A Content Removal Request (CRR) form is linked at the bottom of every page on Aylo’s platforms. If a visitor is the victim of or has personal knowledge of trafficking, abusive or non-consensual content displayed on any Aylo Paysite, they are encouraged to report such material.

This includes:
Visitors can use the CRR to report such material by providing the URL of the content, the reason why it should be removed, and an email address so that Aylo can communicate with the reporter, ask for more details if required, and confirm our decision. Reports are confidential. Our dedicated support team works to process requests as soon as possible to remove content that violates our Terms of Service.

Tools and Technologies

Banned Words Service (BWS). Aylo platforms utilize a database of banned words and phrases, which are prevented from being entered into all user-input fields, including titles, descriptions, tags, playlists and searches. The database contains words and terms from multiple sources including NGOs, law enforcement and Aylo’s own contributions.

Deterrence Messaging. Terms on the Banned Words Service indicative of human trafficking, CSAM or non-consensual content return a deterrence message to users when searched on Aylo’s platforms. Based on the term searched, the page will return an applicable message to indicate that the term may be related to illegal content and will provide resources to the user if they are seeking help to address their thoughts and behaviors. These messages are displayed to users globally. Some platforms may also display a specific message to include resources available to the user in their country or region, where available.

Content Compliance

Aylo reviews all content appearing on Paysites prior to publication to ensure it is compliant with our terms. Any content that is not compliant, or showing signs of non-consent, will not be published.

All performers must present two forms of government-issued identification on set, including one photo identification. Additionally, our internal teams review all identification and paperwork to ensure it is compliant.

Partnerships

Non-Governmental Organizations

Aylo maintains relationships with leading non-profit organizations around the world to learn from their expertise, assist in their missions, and help inform platform policy.

Law Enforcement

Aylo cooperates with a variety of law enforcement organizations internationally and provides easy ways for law enforcement to submit requests related to illegal content.
